Advance/Lazer Announce Merger

Patrick Dore, President of Lazer Inox Inc. and Gerry van Wachem, President of Advance Engineered Products Ltd. are pleased to announce that they have concluded an arrangement to merge the two companies.

As a result, the new company will be able to provide the transportation industry with sales and service of a full line of tank trailer products in aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.

The addition of the high quality stainless steel product manufactured by Lazer Inox in its Drummondville, Quebec facility consolidates Advance's position as the leading manufacturer of bulk transport equipment in Canada.
